Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used ear cleaning devices cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
